Claims Committee
The Claims Committee is established to consider
all matters relating to investors’ claims
for compensation from the Fund administered
by the ICC in accordance with the Securities
and Futures (Investor Compensation – Claims)
Rules, including receiving and determining
claims to ensure that investor expectations are
met
with regard to claims administered by the ICC,
and reviews claims functions and activities of
the ICC staff.
